The East L.A. College Department of Theater Arts proudly presents ELACTRICITY, conceived and directed by Cristina Frias and co-director Mark Anthony Vallejo. A must see for those who call or consider themselves "Chicana/o/x activistas", theater students, brown thespians, and Chicana/o art lovers everywhere. The brilliance of Cristina Frias takes the audience on a revival-journey down memory lane on Avenida Cesar Chavez featuring the best of Chicana/o/x theater classics such as: Luis Valdez' El Teatro Campesino, Diana Rodriguez' Latins Anonymous, Latina Theater Lab, Herbert Siguenza, Richard Montoya y Ric Salinas' Culture Clash, Luis Alfaro's Hey Look at Me (Black Butterfly), Evelina Fernandez' Sister, Sweetheart Deal, Los Vendidos, Latins Anonymous, The Barrio of the Damned Audition, Immaculate Conception, plus other old and new producciones.
